Activity booked for group of up to eight participants for twelve consecutive 2 hour session. programme designed by QE2 Activity Centre staff in conjunction with visiting staff and service users.

2012 weeks commencing Monday 9th January Monday 26th March £660 (£55 per session) Monday 2nd April Monday 25th June £720 (£60 per session) nb, due to Bank Holidays this is a funny quarter. During this quarter there will be 11 visits for Monday groups (£660), 12 visits for Tuesday and Friday groups (£720) and 13 visits for Wednesday and Thursday groups (£780). Monday 2nd July Monday 17th September £720 (£60 per session) Monday 24th September Monday 10th December £720 (£60 per session) |
| PAYMENT: | is due before the start of the session. You will be invoiced in advance |
| CANCELLATIONS: |
cancellations are charged at full fees. The Centre, reserves the right to cancel a booking for whatever reason. In this case all monies paid to the Centre in respect of the booking will be refunded in full |

Service users must be accompanied by an appropriate level of staffing. QE II SJ Activities Centre staff are responsible for the safe running of activity sessions. Visiting staff retain overall responsibility for control of clients behaviour and have responsibility for health issues. Visitors are responsible for the cost of repairs made necessary by any damage they may cause |
