celebrating 30 years of providing activity opportunities for people of all abilities

ever wanted to try canoeing, climbing, or horse riding? Ever wanted to stay in a log cabin in the woods?  Drive a motor boat or shoot arrows like Robin Hood?  At the Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Activities Centre you can!   You can try your hand at climbing or abseiling on our purpose built walls; paddle a canoe on the Hamble River; attempt the ropes course, tunnels, zip wire and problem solving activities.

We’re lucky these days to have a whole range of venues for taking part in adventure activities.  Sometimes, though, it is difficult for people with a disability to take part in activities.  It may be because of the difficulty of getting into a boat, it might be because you need a little longer to do things, it might even be because people around don’t understand your needs.  Here at the QE2 activity centre we believe everyone should have the opportunity to take part - come along & see for yourself!
