If you live locally you can come along for day activities. Because we’re based close to Junction 8 of the M27 the Centre is very easy to get to by car or minibus. Most of our day users are from Hampshire but every week we have groups in from Dorset in the West and Sussex in the East.

Bookings for day activities can be made by schools, colleges or day centres.
12 week programmes are planned by our staff, working closely with you and your staff.
This means the activities that you do are the ones that you want to do, the ones that you like but will also challenge and stretch you – and help you develop new skills.
Sessions last two hours for a group of up to eight participants

Mondays are set aside for individuals (with appropriate care support) to come along and have a go at activities
During each weekly session up to three different activities are available – this might includes canoeing and motorboat or horse riding, climbing and archery
We make sure there are a variety of things going on because we know some people want to be more active than others
As well as taking part in new activities it is an opportunity to meet people and make friends
Sessions last two hours and are available 10:00-12:00noon and 1:00-3:00pm.
Currently there are no spaces for the afternoon slot, and only a couple for the morning shift. If you want to be put on the waiting list get in touch.

individual and small group sessions
One hour sessions are available on Mondays for individuals or for very small groups (not more than three participants plus accompanying staff). From April the cost is £324 for a block of 12 visits (£27 per visit)
The only slot currently available is Monday afternoon 3:00 until 4:00.
