what to bring
bedding - a sleeping bag and a pillow case or sheets blankets and a pillow case
a washbag - with soap, flannel or sponge, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush and towels
clothes - enough for a week long stay, this should include scruffy clothes for taking part in activities and maybe some smarter clothes for going out and about in. Old trainers are best for canoeing. Don't forget that even in summer it can be wet and chilly!
wellington boots and waterproofs - if you have them - but don't worry if you don't have any - you can borrow some from the Centre
medication - if you need to take medication bring it in a safe container with written information about what you should take and when.
