what to bring

bedding

a sleeping bag and a pillow case or sheets, blankets and a pillow case

clothes

enough for a week long stay

this should include scruffy clothes for taking part in activities and maybe some smarter clothes for going out and about in

  old trainers are best for canoeing

don't forget that even in summer it can be wet and chilly!

wellington boots and waterproofs

if you have them - but don't worry if you don't have any, you can borrow some from the Centre

washbag

with soap, flannel or sponge, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush and towels

medication

if you need to take medication bring it in a safe container with written information about what you should take and when

torch

might come in handy for a night hike!

all of the above should be clearly labelled
